I guess we're gaming?

Dear Esther is a beautifully detailed game that I played here on the PC that thrusts you into a world of great story telling and scenery. The entire game is basically story, so I can’t give up much information. Instead, I will give you what the actual description of the game. Also pardon that last screenshot, my graphics are crap.
“A deserted island…a lost man…memories of a fatal crash…a book written by a dying explorer.” Two years in the making, the highly anticipated Indie remake of the cult mod Dear Esther arrives on PC. Dear Esther immerses you in a stunningly realized world, a remote and desolate island somewhere in the outer Hebrides.

In love of the 8-bit, I give you the original “8-bit on the go”, AKA THE GAMEBOY. THIS BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF PLASTIC is one of the best to bring us the pixelated goodness. (I was going to do some games, but then I remembered THEY WERE ALL ON THIS BABY.) If you don’t know what it is, Ill put it in simple terms. This is the great grandaddy of none other than the Nintendo DS. Behold in its glory, without it we wouldn’t have our beautiful hand-held systems~! (except for the PSP)

Doom 3 IS easy. I must admit, my first playthrough had me going here and there (and that boss..wtf boss man, you shoulda been scarier.) and when I did finally beat it, I felt kinda empty inside…Then I played it again (WITHCHEATSWOOOOO) and I felt much better about my accomplishment. Enemies were fun along with their introductions and the weapons were hilarious. I suggest playing it if its readily available or have just enough leftover cash. :D

Pacman doesn’t need a review. It’s one of the first and one of the best. Need I say more?

Dead Space. Beautifully made game with really great monster designs (WHICH FOR SOME REASON I CANT DRAW AT ALL.) that are called Necromorphs. Not quite sure why that title, but it just makes me think about what the creators wanted to do by themselves after dark. The story takes place in a broken down ship called the ISHIMURA (Wtf I think I spelled that wrong. Fuck it, it sounds the same.) and you have to fight your way through some sick shit just to get to a cliffhanger ending. FUCK YES, THATS HOW IT SHOULD BE.

The Pyro in TF2 is quite the amazing Character, also the second on my list of awesome favorites. He is best for ambushes and defending points, burning enemies coming around corners and airblasting them away from objectives. Also very good at killing spies and burning down engy buildings~

Ok, Portal….Portal Portal Portal Portal…FUCK. YES. I love this game (and its sequel) SO MUCH. The story and its fluidity was absolutely captivating. The physics were wonderful, along with the actual “portals” idea.
AND THEN THERE WAS GLADOS. HOLY SHIT THIS WOMAN IS AMAZING. Easily one of my favorite characters in any game. Her computerized voice plus the wit just made me laugh and fall in love. At least until she made me destroy the companion cube. CURSE YOU GLADOOOOOSSSSS!
